Definitions

"We", "us", or "our" refers to Your Frame Here.

"You" or "your" refers to the customer placing an order with us.

"Goods" means the products or services provided by us, including bespoke framing, ready-made frames, and related accessories.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed with us, whether in-store, via email, or online (if applicable), constitute an offer to purchase the goods or services specified.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) or full payment, as specified.

Bespoke Services

Bespoke framing services are tailored to your specific requirements, based on the information and measurements you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate.

Any changes to the order after it has been confirmed may incur additional charges and extend the estimated completion time.

Once work has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as they are made specifically for you.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP, unless otherwise stated.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for bespoke orders. Full payment is due upon collection or delivery of the goods.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in material costs or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to you before proceeding with your order.

Completion Times

We aim to complete all orders within the timeframes quoted. However, completion times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as material shortages or delivery disruptions.

Collection and Delivery

Completed orders must be collected within 30 days of notification, unless delivery arrangements have been agreed.

Delivery services, if offered, may incur additional charges. We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery by third-party couriers unless insured.

Artwork and Materials

All artwork and materials provided to us for framing are handled with the utmost care. However, we accept no liability for accidental damage, loss, or deterioration, except where caused by negligence on our part.

It is your responsibility to ensure all items provided are insured to your satisfaction.

Returns and Refunds

Bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as described.

If a product is found to be defective, please notify us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed in-store for any goods or services offered by us.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change will be given for purchases of lesser value.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat them as cash.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Any personal data collected will only be used for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to orders placed after the date of amendment.

Returns 

Once an order has been agreed and the Works finished the Client will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.

By placing an order with Your Frame Here the Client accepts in full the Terms and Conditions of Business.

Waranty

All frames made by Your Frame Here are guaranteed for defective materials / workmanship for a period of one calendar year.

Any process that may result in possible damage to the artwork will be explained to and accepted by the Client before Work commences. These processes may include but are not limited to the following: drymounting, re-stretching canvases.

The Client is responsible for using the correct wall fixings when hanging their frames. Any damage that may arise is at the clients’ expense.

Your Frame Here is not liable under any circumstances for any damage that may arise once the framed artworks leave our premises.

Any alterations, adjustments, and disassembly for whatever reason of picture frames made by Your Frame Here by any third party, which includes the Client, invalidates our warranty unless the proposed work is agreed with us in writing beforehand.

Once any frame or artwork leaves our premises all risk passes to the Client.
